| The manager of the premises has been arrested for allegedly committing a crime of serious disobedience to law enforcement officials | The people who were inside the premises did not comply with the measures imposed by the health authority.It has had the collaboration of the Local Police of the Torres de Cotillas.The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the services established to comply with the measures issued in the current state of alarm, has denounced 25 people, who were in the early hours of the morning in a local Torres de Cotillas, also arresting the person in charge of it for serious disobedience to agents of the authority.Local assistants have been proposed for sanction for non-compliance, among others, with the schedule to stay on the road or public establishments, not wearing masks and being outside the municipal term of their residence, since some of them came from other municipalities.The action began when around 01:00 in the morning of Saturday, October 31, the Civil Guard learned that a public place in the Torres de Cotillas was a group of people gathered, apparently celebrating a party.Once they were at the scene, the agents found out that, although the place was with the exterior doors closed, it could be heard that there were a large number of people inside, in what apparently could be a party.After numerous efforts and attempts by the Civil Guard and the Torres de Cotillas Local Police for the person in charge to open the door of the premises, they finally managed to enter and identify the 25 people who were inside, some of them hidden in the false ceiling of the premises to prevent their identification, to which sanction proposals have been made for non-compliance with the established sanitary measures.The complaints will be sent to the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.The person in charge of the premises has been arrested for the alleged responsibility of a crime of serious disobedience to agents of the authority.
