| It was played this past weekend, within the official calendar of the Spanish Badminton Federation | The players of the Badminton Las Torres club signed a great performance in the test of the senior national circuit held this past weekend in Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona).
José Belmonte won the gold in individual and mixed in categories D and C2, in addition to silver in double CDs.
Doubles players Antonio Brao and Lolo Berrocal (category B), and Ángel Rodríguez and his partner Javier Martínez (category A2) were also champions. This test was for athletes between 30 and 75 years old and was part of the official calendar of the Spanish Badminton Federation (FESBA).
"We congratulate these athletes for these great results, which demonstrate the magnificent level of Torreño badminton," says the Councilor for Health and Sports, Verónica Morcillo De La Torre.
