| The person in charge of the body, together with the mayor of Torreño and his councilor for Citizen Security and Civil Protection, has participated in a videoconference with the new Minister of Transparency, Participation and Public Administration | On the occasion of the International Civil Protection Day, the City Council of Las Torres de Cotillas has been represented in a videoconference led by the Minister of Transparency, Participation and Public Administration, José Gabriel Sánchez Torregrosa.
The mayor of Torreño, Joaquín Vela Fernández; its councilor for Citizen Security and Civil Protection, Francisco José Caravaca Bravo; and the head of the local Civil Protection body, Manuel Fernández Cantero.
In this videoconference, the recently appointed counselor has made himself available to all Murcian City Councils, which have been represented by their Citizen Security councilors.
"We want to take advantage of this date set for our Civil Protection body to once again thank them for their work for the benefit of the municipality, especially since this pandemic began.
They have always been there when they were needed and their work is excellent," says the mayor.
The Las Torres de Cotillas Civil Protection Corps currently has 18 members and among the material they use for their service are various vehicles (four cars, two motorcycles, four bicycles), water extraction pumps, tents, a Light generator… function { ;(, , {});}
