The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has started the course "Introduction to mediation in cases of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex" aimed at municipal employees.

With 25 hours divided into five classroom sessions (are those of 3, 10 and May 17), it takes place in the morning in the classroom multipurpose Civic Center the pulpits and is taught by professionals Angel Aviles, Maria del Carmen Cano and Ana Maria Meroņo.

This course, with the collaboration of the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration of the Region of Murcia, seeks to provide a basic understanding of mediation in cases of harassment (labor, sexual and harassment based on sex), providing techniques to address possible cases that might arise.

"Participants 19 public municipal employees from various department of our City Council and managed by the Bureau of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication" said Councilman Staff, Angel Gonzalez, who notes that this proposal is included in the " Quality program 2016 units.
