The pavilion of the sports center and the Pavilion "Mireia Belmonte" Las Torres de Cotillas hosted the last weekend of May "III Basketball Tournament" of the town, organized by the "Club Basket Las Torres" in collaboration with the Department of Athletics and exercise.

A championship that was held in the morning and divided into the following categories: pacifiers, baby mixed, male and female juvenile, male child and male cadet.

They involved some 18 teams from throughout the Region of Murcia, with such prominent names as UCAM Murcia, Mula, Calasparra, El Palmar, Totana, Lorca, La Alberca or Marist.
