The Social Center of the pulpit of Las Torres de Cotillas host from next Monday September 12 the course "Techniques of personal motivation and direction of work teams", the result of a new collaboration between the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP) and local Consistory.
This training is intended for municipal civil servants from various municipalities of the Region of Murcia and will have 20 contact hours divided into four sessions of 5 hours.
The purpose of the course is to provide staff knowledge, skills and related motivation and effective management teams to improve efficiency in citizen services skills.
This training will take place in person on 12, 19, September 26 and October 3 in the mornings (from 9-14 hours) and will be taught by Felipe Hernandez.
This course will have 20 students, of which 6 will be the City Torreño, who helps the organization through its Bureau of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication.
