The Social Center of the pulpit of Las Torres de Cotillas hosts the course "Techniques of personal motivation and direction of work teams", the result of a new collaboration between the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP) and local Consistory .
This training municipal civil servants from various municipalities of the Region of Murcia is intended and has 20 contact hours divided into four sessions of 5 hours, of which remain the September 26 and October 3.
With the participation of 20 students (of which 6 are the City Torreño) and taught in the mornings (9 to 14 hours) by Felipe Hernandez, the purpose of the course it is to provide staff knowledge, skills and abilities related motivation and effective management teams to improve efficiency in citizen services.
"Continuous training of municipal employees is a key criterion in an excellent organization, this being a priority of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas in the interest of continuous improvement of services provided to citizens," said Councilman Staff, Angel Gonzalez, pointing that the course is coordinated by the Municipal Bureau of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication.
