The focus for women victims of domestic violence (CAVI) Cotillas Towers continues with the activities of the annual program of awareness and prevention against gender violence carried out in coordination with the Department of Equality of the municipality.

In that context on Wednesday October 26 at its facility he offered a talk on this topic for the group of volunteers from the Civic Center of Social Services.

"This program plans to offer a total of 60 hours devoted to this work of awareness," says Councilwoman Equality, Maria Dolores Sanchez, who said that the upcoming talks will have as receivers residents in the center under the municipality (managed by the "Foundation Arcos del Castillo" and protected by the Regional Government), users of the Centre for the Elderly or professionals "Columbares" association.

Other activities

Currently the CAVI Cotillas Towers has launched other awareness and prevention activities in the municipality, as -for example- talks campaigns carried out in schools: one, entitled "I want not I love you ... ";

and another called "Counting and .TE Speaking ...... I coeducando" aimed at schoolchildren from 1st to 6th Early Childhood Education Primary.
