Today Thursday 8 December is celebrated the Immaculate Conception, patroness of the Local Police, and the agents of this security body of Las Torres de Cotillas have followed the tradition and have honored their patron.
They have done so with the celebration of a mass in the Church of Our Lady of the Salceda of the municipality, officiated by the titular parish priest of the temple, Ismael Sánchez.
In this office the agents have been accompanied by municipal representatives - with the mayor, Domingo Coronado, at the head - of the Civil Guard and the local Civil Protection body, and of a multitude of neighbors, and to their conclusion have posed in the traditional Family photo on the altar of the church.
Later the attendants have accompanied to the Virgin, that has left in procession in a parade by the streets of the municipality.
