On Saturday, December 17 (9 am) a new sports championship will open in the "Mireia Belmonte" pavilion of Las Torres de Cotillas: the "I Badminton Christmas Tournament", which will be played in sub-13, Absolute veterans A (30 to 39 years), veterans B (40 to 49 years) and veterans C (50 years and over).

Organized by the club "Badminton Las Torres" in collaboration with the Department of Physical Activity and Sports, will be a tournament that will congregate a large number of participants.

"Badminton is a sport with a lot of popularity in Las Torres de Cotillas, which are held many tournaments in our town throughout the year and that gives us many joys in the form of titles and medals," explains the mayor responsible for the area, Ginés Pérez.
