La Casa del Pueblo de las Torres de Cotillas has a new training center that bears the name of 'Juan de la Cruz Molina', a distinction that has been given for lifetime achievement along with Socialist UGT and always maintained his commitment to teaching , a profession he has practiced for 38 years, with a great dedication to public service and struggle for a fairer society.
Juan de la Cruz Molina was the founder of the neighborhood associations in the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas as highlighted by the Secretary General of the Regional Union of the Vega del Segura, Teodoro Canovas.
In 1978 he was elected Secretary General of UGT Cotillas Towers, when it merged the UGT and the USO.
Juan de la Cruz was the first mayor in the first democratic elections to the PSOE.
"With the launch of this new classroom many students receive proper training to help them in their professional development and are transmitted values of liberty, equality, solidarity and social justice," said Teodoro Cano, Secretary General of the Regional Union of Vega del Segura.
The event was attended by the Secretary General of UGT - Region of Murcia, Antonio Sánchez Jiménez, Secretary of Employment and Vocational Training, Eva Maria Nieto Jiménez, Secretary General of the Regional Union of the Vega del Segura, Teodoro Cano and Secretary general of the PSOE in Cotillas Towers next to the local municipal group.
Teodoro Cano in his speech thanked the Secretary General of UGT - Region of Murcia, Antonio Jiménez, their presence and "deference maintained over time with this region."
