The Holy Week 2017 of Las Torres de Cotillas has concluded on the morning of April 16, Easter Sunday, with the traditional procession of the Risen One.
A day of joy, festivity and joy in which the neighbors and neighbors of the municipality have taken to the streets since the first hour to participate in this commemoration.
With the Church of Our Lady of La Salceda as a starting point the parade began early in the morning, awaited by a large crowd of spectators at the gates of the temple.

The anderos of these thrones have danced the images while these little sweets have filled the environment of the church door, as synonymous of exultation and enthusiasm, on the Nazarenes and the hundreds of spectators who have filled the square like every year.
Then the thrones of the Apparition of Jesus to Mary Magdalene, the Doubt of St. Thomas, and the Ascension of the Lord have made their appearance on the streets.
In addition, also have participated two infantile thrones: the one of the Child Jesus and the one of the Cross.
A Holy Week 2017 that has counted as a preacher with Maria Dolores Molina, member of the Brotherhood of the Holy Woman Veronica and Holy Christ of the Fall that this year marks its 50th anniversary, and as 'Nazarene of the Year' with Ángeles Sola, president Of the Confraternity of the Christ Flagellation between 2012 and 2016.
"This year 'Supermercados Consum' has added to our Holy Week celebrations contributing more than 50,000 candies so that these dates are much sweeter," says the president of the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías de Las Torres de Cotillas, José Sánchez.
