Through various profiles in social networks extolled the fascist ideology with racist and xenophobic comments
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'SIEMBRA', has developed an investigation aimed at clarifying the damage caused intentionally in a vehicle owned by a councilman of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas, which has culminated with Detention of a person as alleged perpetrator of hate crimes and damages.
The proceedings began last May, when the Guardia Civil began investigating a person suspected of involvement in several episodes of material damage on a vehicle.
The investigations allowed the Civil Guard to determine that this person, taking advantage of the first hours of the day and the last hours of the night, allegedly used a sharp object to damage, up to three times, the vehicle investigated.
The ocular inspection performed in the automobile offered the investigators new information on the possible commission of a hate crime, finding among the different scratches an emblem, also drawn with a sharp object, symbol of ideologies proper to Nazism or fascism (swastika ).
In light of these indications, Benemérita conducted a thorough analysis on several social networks and obtained up to a total of four profiles administered, presumably, by the suspect.
In the public section of one of these profiles, the subject was posting and commenting on numerous photographs of fascism leaders (Hitler, Mussolini or Franco) whom he extolled and praised, with racist and xenophobic statements aimed at Jewish collectives.
Evidence obtained by investigators has culminated in the arrest of the suspect as alleged perpetrator of hate crimes and vehicle damage.
The arrested and the investigations have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 3 of Molina de Segura (Murcia).
The investigation continues open, not discarding new actions.
