As is usual with the arrival of summer once again the Home of the Elder People of Las Torres de Cotillas was the setting for a workshop on 'Extreme Temperature Prevention', with free assistance and directed mainly to the local collective of the Third Age and In particular the beneficiaries of the municipal telemarketer service.
In the talk, which took place on June 15 and was given by technicians of 'Tunstall Televida' (company that provides the service of teleassistance in the municipality), guidelines were offered to attendees to prevent the consequences of high temperatures in summer.
"With the arrival of the summer season we remind our elders of the need to protect themselves from high temperatures," explains Councilor for Social Services, Maria Dolores Sánchez, who attended the talk in which also collaborated his area and after that Breakfast was offered to attendees.
