On Thursday 22 June the company 'Cardiosalus Sport', in collaboration with the Council of Physical Activity and Sports of Las Torres de Cotillas, and the Civil Protection Corps - offered a sports-themed conference at the club's headquarters' Athletics Las Towers'.
"It was a talk of great interest for athletes as well as for technicians and amateurs, and it counted on a remarkable assistance", says the mayor of the area, Ginés Pérez, who attended this initiative.
The conference, which had free assistance, participated nutritionists Miguel Angel Santos and Nephtalí Pascual Palazón, and sports training specialist Tomás Guerrero graduated from CAFD.
"The attendees were able to get a first-hand knowledge of important health and sport knowledge, oriented to all levels or categories, and came out very happy with what was said in the talk," Pérez explains.
