During every Wednesday of July the group of older people of Las Torres de Cotillas will have a free municipal service to move to the beach.
Specifically the destination chosen by the Torreño Town Council will be the municipality of Los Alcázares, located in the Mar Menor.
"It is one of the closest beaches and with the characteristics most suitable for the enjoyment of our elders in this hot season," says Councilor for Social Services, María Dolores Sánchez, who points out that "it is an activity free of charge for Beneficiaries that has been doing for many years and without it many could not enjoy the beach. "
The bus will pick up at 9 am for the users of this service at the door of the Home of the Elderly, while the return to the municipality is fixed at 19 hours after a whole day in this popular enclave of the Mar Menor.
