The Director General of Labor Relations and Social Economy, Nuria Fuentes, visited the teaching cooperative Susarte Las Torres de Cotillas, which has 20 members and employs 17 other people.
Fuentes, who has been accompanied by Councilor for Education, Pedro Cabrera, has visited this center and has been able to verify in person the expansion they have made in their facilities.
"We have invested about 250,000 euros in the construction of seven classrooms, teachers' room, offices and laboratories," point from the 'Susarte'.
Some works for which the Cooperativa Torrena has requested the corresponding subsidy to the regional government.
"We have submitted our request to receive aid for both this expansion and the incorporation of new partners," they explain.
In his visit, Fuentes has attended to the explanations of the cooperativists and has committed to consult the state of the file.
Almost 40 years
The center, which trains about 450 children from the first cycle of children (2/3 years) to 4 ° of secondary education (ESO), began its journey in 1980/81.
