Representatives of the City Council of Las Torres de Cotillas participate in a course on the management of municipal reconciliation projects from a gender perspective, organized by the Directorate General for Women and Equal Opportunities.
The Councilor for Equal Opportunities, María Dolores Sánchez, and two municipal technicians will participate in this proposal that is celebrated in Bullas and that will have a total of six sessions that will be extended until next October.
The objective of the course is to provide its assistants with the necessary tools to develop skills, identify the most appropriate conciliation needs in the respective municipalities, to achieve a greater efficiency of the project that allow the staff of the different municipalities of the Region to manage municipal projects in conciliation, financed by European funds.
"It is a very interesting formation because it will affect the request for the subsidies that allow us to continue promoting active policies that favor the reconciliation of work and family life," says the mayor.
This training proposal, which is carried out in three other Murcia municipalities, is addressed to technical and political leaders who manage the municipal resources of conciliation in the Region of Murcia.
