Therefore, the municipal government will present in full this Monday, October 30, a reduction of taxes that will reduce the tax collection by about 500,000 euros.
Measures such as the lowering of the traffic tax (the known 'car stamp') 5% and rubbish 5% (plus another 5% in case of direct debit), or the suspension of capital gains and free services teleassistance, home help and urban bus are some of the most outstanding measures.
Likewise, reductions of 5% are contemplated in diverse rates if they are domiciled and the bonus in the creation of employment or in the tax on increase of the value of the lands.
"In addition, it will be possible to extend the terms of the special period of payments to three installments of vehicles and to four in the real estate tax (IBI) if the taxpayer so wishes," says Councilman for Economy and Finance, Angel Gonzalez.
"In five years we have eliminated 11 million euros of debt and now we are a healthy municipality, with a privileged situation of great financial autonomy that allows us a debt of 110%, that is to say, about 17 million euros to undertake any type of investment, "says Coronado.
And for the mayor Torreño this positive situation has a main responsible.
"We have to thank our neighbors for their efforts and support, because we have had bad times and it is time to reward that commitment," adds the first mayor.
