Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 1 (11 hours) the soccer field 7 of Las Torres de Cotillas -located next to the House of Culture 'Pedro Serna'- will host the first football matches after its recent remodeling.
And it is that the Department of Physical Activity and Sports has organized a triangular alevín in which the teams of Real Murcia, Atlético Torreño and Ciudad de Las Torres, and whose games will have free assistance.
"Until now this field offered service with land area and after the relevant work, which has involved an investment of more than 136,000 euros, now has a football field 7 and, across it, two soccer fields with a 5 modern artificial turf, "says the councilor responsible for the area, Ginés Pérez.
"This way we will be able to decongest the municipal field 'Onofre Fernández Verdú', which has about 1,500 users among the football clubs, the participants in the adult amateur league and the fixed rents," says Ginés Pérez.
With automatic irrigationThe works have allowed the creation of a game field of artificial turf of 64 × 44 square meters that will contain in its interior the courts of game, whereas the width of the bands and of the bottoms is of two meters.
"The facilities have a fully automatic irrigation system, with four powerful canyons located in each of the corners of the field," explains Pérez.
