The 2nd ESO students of the IES 'Salvador Sandoval' of Las Torres de Cotillas enjoyed the visit of the writer from Caravaca, Luis Leante, last November 29th.
With the center's audiovisual room as a stage, the author gave a talk in which he spoke about the youth novel that the students have read during the first quarter of the year and that Leante published in 2016: 'Flee without looking back'.
The writer also explained what his writing was like and responded kindly to all the questions that the students asked him.
To finish the act, he signed copies of his work to the students.
Leante, a graduate in Classical Philology, has cultivated various literary genres and published his first novel, 'Camino del jueves red', at age 20.
In 2007 he won the prize 'Alfaguara' for his novel 'Mira si yo te querre'.
Although until then he had published a dozen books, it was this novel that made him known to the general public and consecrated him as a writer.
