The students of Early Childhood School 'Vista Alegre' of Las Torres de Cotillas already enjoy their new playground.
Some works that have just concluded and have had a budget of 30,175 euros, fully invested by the Ministry of Education for the remodeling of this recreational space.
"The removal of the sand, the filling and compaction of gravel, the reinforced concrete slab and the execution of a continuous sump, as well as in a second phase to the placement of the continuous rubber pavement, playgrounds and benches have been proceeded ", explains the mayor Torrena, Isabel María Zapata, who visited the center a few days ago with the general director of Educational Centers, Remedios Lajara, to inspect their development.
Shortly a dining room
Another school that is counting on works of improvement in these dates is 'The Park'.
In a few days your new dining room will be ready, which will have an area of ​​almost 50 m2, divided into two areas: 40 m2 for the area used by the students and 10 m2 for an 'office' for the staff.
"This service will offer a maximum capacity of 26 students per shift and their works have a budget close to 17,000 euros", explains the councilor for Education, Pedro Cabrera.
