The municipal collection service Las Torres de Cotillas has made available to taxpayers a digital kiosk to facilitate in its office the completion of various procedures without a certificate.
"With this tool we want to speed up the face-to-face attention to the citizen, avoiding unnecessary waiting times to do all these steps", points out the Councilor for Economy and Finance, Ángel González.
The list of procedures that can be carried out in this kiosk are the following: consultation of charges in account of receipts in voluntary and of detail of parcels of rustic IBI, obtaining of documents of payment of receipts in voluntary period, collation of documents by safe code of verification, self-assessments and simulator of the calculation of IIVTNU.
Lower taxes
A municipal service that this year will raise about 500,000 euros less, thanks to the significant tax cuts introduced by the government team of Mayor Isabel María Zapata.
Measures such as the reduction of the circulation tax (the so-called 'stamp of the car') by 5% and garbage by 5% (plus another 5% in the case of direct debit), or the suspension of capital gains and the free services of telecare, home help and urban bus are some of the most outstanding measures.
Likewise, reductions of 5% are contemplated in different rates if they are domiciled and the bonus in the creation of employment or in the tax on increase of the value of the land. "In addition, the terms of the special payment period can be extended to three terms in vehicles and four in the real estate tax (IBI) if the taxpayer wishes, "says González.
