The school cross of Las Torres de Cotillas awaits 1,325 boys and girls from the 12 schools in the municipality next Wednesday March 7 (10:30 am).
It will be held as every year in the grounds of La Emisora, organized by the Department of Physical Activity and Sports with the collaboration of the Directorate General of Sports, the club 'Athletics Las Torres', Civil Protection and 'Hero'.
"It will be played in five categories, both in men and women, and we hope that its participants will turn it into the great sport festival that is every year," said Mayor Isabel María Zapata, who presented this Wednesday morning. February 28 the test in the company of councilman Ginés Pérez.

The categories will be benjamin (500 meters), juvenile and infantile (1,000 meters), and cadet and juvenile (2,000 meters), with three different circuits and races every 15 minutes.
The students of TAFAD of the IES 'Salvador Sandoval' will realize at 11:30 hours activities of joint animation with all the schools and will be given to all the participants of water and energy bars.
"The first three of each category will receive their corresponding medal, in an act that we celebrate around 12'30 hours," says Perez, who explains that all schools will receive a gift for their participation.
