Tomorrow Sunday March 18 (12 hours) the Holy Week of Las Torres de Cotillas will live the second edition of its children's procession.
A parade that premiered last year with great success of participation and is organized by the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías of the town only for children under 16 years.
"All the Brotherhoods of our municipality participate and last year, which was the first, it was spectacular because the people turned a lot," explains the president of the Cabildo, José Sánchez.
Departing from the Church of the Virgen de la Salceda, this procession will travel through the streets Mayor, Mula, Campo, Calvillo and Mayor to return to their point of origin.
"For this parade the little Nazarenes carry their own thrones and representative images of each Brotherhood, adapted to their size of the small ones", indicates José Sánchez.
A Holy Week that officially starts today, Saturday, March 17 in the municipality with two outstanding acts: on the one hand, the traditional homage to the Nazarene (19 hours);
and, on the other, the proclamation (20'30 hours) that the former mayor Domingo Coronado will read.
After this children's parade, next March 23 will begin the traditional processions, with the Friday of Dolores.
