Numerous public has gathered at the doors of the church of Our Lady of La Salceda of Las Torres de Cotillas early today, April 1, Sunday of Resurrection, to see the departure of the popular procession of the Risen One.
A parade that has offered another year as a highlight the 'Encounter' starring the Risen Christ, Saint John and the Virgin of Victory upon his departure.
With this they concluded the processions of Holy Week in the municipality, a joyful parade in which the traditional dance of the thrones has not been lacking and which has been opened by the children's throne of La Cruz, after which the step of San Miguel.
After the 'Encounter', the footsteps of the Risen Christ emerged - Apparition to Mary Magdalene and the Doubt of St. Thomas, followed by another infant throne, this time the Child Jesus.
The parade ended with the steps of Our Lord Jesus Christ Resurrected and Ascension and with it a Holy Week that in this edition had as a preacher the former Mayor Doming Coronado and Antonio Hernandez as Nazarene of the Year.
