The amateur theater group 'Tejuba' from Las Torres de Cotillas and the literary association 'Las Torres' have organized an act of tribute to the former mayor of the municipality Domingo Coronado, which will be held on Saturday, April 14 (20 hours) at the House of Culture 'Pedro Serna'.

Framed in the programming of the Department of Culture, this event will feature a reading of poems composed in honor of the honoree, as well as other literary pieces, and the representation by local actors of a piece of 'The Revenge of Don Mendo '.

It should be recalled that Coronado left the mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas last November, after 14 years in office.

This program of cultural activities has three other appointments this month in the municipality of Torreño.

On Friday, April 13 (16 hours) the association 'Puro Corazón' will offer a talk, while on Saturday, April 21 (22 hours) Paco Urbano will offer a concert and on Saturday, April 28 (18 hours) the work will be performed ' How to be a good Quixote. '

"To celebrate the 'World Book Day' we will have this fun children's work within the 'Plan Scene' of the regional government", explains the mayor Isabel María Zapata.
