The City Council approved Cotillas Towers on Thursday night July 22 at the extraordinary plenary grant of title "Son of the Villa" the retired teacher Joaquín Martínez Cantero.
Cantero, born in the town Torreño and currently plays the role of justice of the peace of the town, is an outstanding individual in the different areas of Las Torres de Cotillas, especially in the cultural from his post as director of local theater group amateur "Tejuba."
