The district Torreño Florida gears up to celebrate their festivals in honor of its patron saint, the Virgen del Pilar.
The program of activities starts on Thursday October 7 with the decoration of the streets by residents, who also lend a hand to fit the festive tent on the fairgrounds.
The next day, Friday 8, begins the bulk of the acts: the mayor Torreño, Domingo Coronado, will be responsible for reading the proclamation Party (21:30 pm), Preamble to the gala of choice for Child Queen will be accompanied of performances, shows and a mobile disco at its conclusion.
On Saturday October 9 will start at 11 am with the celebration of a playground for children, while the afternoon and will be on parade and floats (18 hours), which will settle from the street Rosales.
At night, a curious and fun fiesta ranchera (23 hours) will bring together residents of Florida in an evening that will feature performances by María Dolores Curado and a mobile disco.
Pilgrimage and crumbs

A little later there will be a big barbecue with grilled meat and free beer (21 hours), the prelude to a cultural evening (23 hours) loaded with humor and Spanish song by the show woman Lina Moreno, and will feature a mobile disco.
A festival in honor of the Virgen del Pilar which will end on Tuesday 12 October, a day when acts of good will start tomorrow.
At 9 o'clock the neighbors wake up with a happy and boisterous parade, while in the afternoon will be a mass orchard which will have an offering of flowers and fruits.
When eating the neighbors of Florida will participate in a meal of living (14 hours) between the fairgrounds and Jasmine Street, the way that will host a ribbon race bike (17:30 hours).
In closing, at 20.30 hours the employer will shoulder in a procession through the streets of the neighborhood, and to that end will trigger a large fireworks finale.
