The City of Towers Cotillas recently approved the Plan of Works and Services (POS) in the municipality for 2011, which has as main activity the renewal of urban infrastructure in four streets of the town: Peru, Severo Ochoa, Pablo Neruda and Basque Núñez de Balboa.
Thus, the actions, which have a budget of almost 169,000 euros, will focus on improving water supply and sanitation networks, complete the paving of sidewalks and driveway, according to the standards of accessibility, expanding sidewalks, street lighting renewal crosses public order and the parking of vehicles and traffic.

Furthermore, as additional action at this POS 2011 in Las Torres de Cotillas local council will carry out the renovation of the street infrastructure Narciso Yepes (bet. Bolivia and Velazquez), which will have a remaining investment of € 98,000.
"These are actions valued at about 267,000 euros and aimed at improving infrastructure and municipal utilities," says local Councillor for Planning, Yolanda Muñoz, which specifies that "will work on services that are quite old, weak or nonexistent, demanded by our neighbors in recent years. "
