On Saturday 22 January (20.30 am) the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas render a tribute to the writer Torreño Salvador Sandoval on his 83rd birthday and in which, among other activities planned, be recited fragments of his work.
Organized by the Literary Association "Las Torres" in collaboration with the local Department of Culture, the event will take place at the Casa de la Cultura "Pedro Serna" in the town and will involve "close to" the mayor entertained Torreño, Domingo Coronado , and Councillor for Culture, Domingo Cava.
Sandoval, an honorary member of the Association of Writers in the Region of Murcia (AERMU) was born in the hamlet Torrena from the pulpits on January 22, 1928.
Teachers studied and has been Professor of Primary Tarragona, Lleida, Lorca, Fortuna Towers Cotillas (he was director of schools "Cervantes" and "Valentine Buendía" in the town and retired in 1992).
