The City of Towers Cotillas recently awarded an interim basis the work of its new Local Security Center, facilities that house the offices of the local police of the municipality (now located on Main Street) and Civil Defence Corps (hosted next to the area of Urban Development).
The winning company has been "BM3 Works and Services, SA", which has works by 1.
€ 341,000, of which 600,000 euros will be provided by the Department of Local Government Regional Government.
The building will be built on a plot of over 2,300 m2 located in the central street of the town Moltó Oltra, consists of a basement and two upper floors.
The building will have a constructed area of over 820 m2 and its surroundings, which will feature a park-has plans to build a car park of rapid intervention, a warehouse and an area of outdoor exercise.
Civil Guard also
"Our intention is to build a functional and effective for both their occupants and for citizens who come requesting a service," said local mayor, Domingo Coronado, who notes that the intention of the Consistory Torreño is that this center also home to "a Civil Guard station so that our neighbors do not have to travel to Molina de Segura Sewer or to make use of their services."
It should also be noted that this Local Security Center Torreño has been calculated to accommodate an additional floor in anticipation of that extending this space in the future as the inherent requirements of the municipality.
