Township welcomes Cotillas Towers on Saturday March 5 (from 9.30 am) Regional Badminton Championships Veterans (for over 30 years) and sub-17 (17 years), organized by the Federation of Murcia Badminton in collaboration with the Sports Department of the municipality.

Both tournaments will be played in both single (divided into male and female category) and doubles (in male, female and mixed), and a participant may not play more than two categories.

With the participation of nearly half a hundred athletes and the Municipal Sports Pavilion Torreño as a backdrop, the entry to these tournaments will be free.

The awards ceremony will take place around 14 hours and will star local Councillor for Sports, Juan Carlos Martinez, and Vice President of the Badminton Federation of Murcia, Luis Acosta.
