The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has put out for tender the procurement of commercial leases located in the plaza of the new Town Hall, which is scheduled for Tuesday 22 March.

This ad, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) dated March 9, 2011, provides for the rental period is 5 years and renewable for up to ten and that the deadline for submission of offers is 15 calendar days from the day after that publication, so this period expires next March 30.

There are five premises that are offered: the first has 71 m2 and the price is 9 per m2, the second is 145'85 euros/m2 m2 and is 8, the third, also with a price of 8 euros / m2, has an area of ​​156'75 m2 and the fourth is for catering, costs 7 and is 2203'58 euros/m2 m2, and the fifth is priced per m2 and measures 9 80'16 m2.

These prices do not include VAT, have 6-month grace period for payment of that rent and the premises offer open plan to reform.

In this line and with publication date March 9, 2011, the BORM picked up the notice of the special administrative contract for the exploitation of underground car park of the town hall.

With a concession for 10 years and an annual fee of 27,648 euros (VAT not included), these plant facilities have only 102 seats for four-wheeled vehicles and 28 more for motorcycles.
