The Department of Social Services and Immigration Cotillas Towers has launched a new edition of "socio-building program for migrant children", with free tuition and will run until next June.
"This program is designed for children between 6 and 12 years enrolled in municipal schools have problems of adaptation, for educational, social, or economic family," said the councilor of the area, Fine Almela.
The objectives we seek in this activity-school remedial classes and teaching Spanish to immigrants under-adjustment problems are to promote equality and integration of immigrant children in the municipality and facilitate language acquisition, behavior modification and educational standards appropriate to their age.
Two sites
This activity has two offices: one in the Civic Center Barrio del Carmen, where there are two evening sessions, and on the other, in the Civic Center district of Los Vincent, with another session.
"In both places is the social education of the Center for Social Services of the municipality which directs the activities, with the collaboration of members 'volunteer program' of Cotillas Towers," said Almela.
