The House of Culture "Pedro Serna" Las Torres de Cotillas hosts Friday morning November 18 (9:30 pm) the "First Meeting of geriatric care assistants" organized by the employment workshop "Community Services" of the City local-Assistant in his specialty of home help.
This proposal also has the support of both the students themselves Torrena employment workshop and the workshop of employment "Cofrisol VI" of Murcia.
The purpose of this day, whose motto is "For a just and dignified life," is to reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of the profession, find creative alternatives in the labor market participation and bring conclusions of this joint effort to industry professionals.
The event will feature free admission and will start at 9:30 am with the official opening, which will be borne by the Councillor for Equality of the municipality, Gloria Fernandez.
Then there will be the first presentation, which will focus on "Advantages and disadvantages of health and social care."
At 10.30 hours there will be a coffee break, to resume the program at 11 am with the talk "Dependency Law" by Maria Jose Martinez (social worker "Onosal" home care company).
The third and final paper will be called "creative alternatives" (12 hours), while the latest proposal will be the exhibition of the decalogue ethical and professional geriatric care assistant (13 hours).
