The technicians of the Department of Social Services attended Cotillas Towers on Friday 18 November at a conference on the use of the module software tool for assessing child abuse.
A course that was taught by Maria Carmen Hernandez of Family Service, Andres Haro, technical advice Information Studies Department of Family and Children; and Consuelo Garcia Serrano, Service Planning and Evaluation Department of Health and Social Policy of the regional government.
This training proposal, which was held in the computer room of the local Youth House, served to introduce the new instrument for assessing the severity of child vulnerability situations.
"This new software tool helps to have sufficient information on the severity of the case and its subsequent referral to family programs and / or protection of minors in the community," says Councilwoman Torrena of Social Services, Fine Almela.
