On Saturday February 18 the Church of Our Lady of Las Torres de Salceda Cotillas hosted the official presentation Poster Easter 2012 in the town.
This year the image chosen to illustrate the Crucified Christ, an image that belongs to the Confraternity of the Holy Christ Crucified Torreño municipality, captured in an image of the photographer Torreño Juan Antonio.
The event was attended, among other authorities, the first deputy mayor Torreño, Pedro Cabrera, the councilman of Culture, José Joaquín Licerán, the president of the Supreme council of the town guilds, Miguel Bermudez, and the parish priest Torreño Ismael Sanchez.
This event also announced the names of the persons designated as Town Crier Easter 2012, a position he has awarded this year to Maria Jose Navarro, and as Nazareno of the Year, which this year will Fulgencio Montoya Martinez.
In addition, the temple hosted a performance by a local amateur group, whose young members performed "Bolt", a piece of singer Joan Manuel Serrat.
