She Torrena Carmen Noguera was proclaimed March 24 karate champion Spain in Kumite mode after winning the "XXX National Trophy Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Spain" held at the Municipal Sports Pavilion of the Murcian town of Fuente Alamo.
Noguera, who also serves as a volunteer in the Civil Protection body of the municipality and as a professor in his specialty at the "Gym Towers" local, won against forecast in its category after beating various opponents of higher education.
As a tribute to his sporting achievement, Thursday April 12 was received at the local Consistory Torreño Mayor, Domingo Coronado, in a ceremony in which council members have also participated in sports, Ginés Pérez Iniesta, and Public Safety, José Pedro Noguera.
