The Sports Centre hosted Cotillas Towers on the morning of Saturday, June 2nd badminton tournament U-13, U-15 and U-17 organized by the local Sports Council.
In the championship included more than 40 players aged between 13 and 17 from various schools of badminton in the Region of Murcia and Molina de Segura, IES Juan Carlos I of Murcia, Totana, La Alberca and Las Torres de Cotillas.
Thus, the winners at U-13 were torreños Hondarza Claudia and Jose Maria Turpin, while in sub-15 were imposed molinenses Patricia Lozano and Jorge Abenza.
Meanwhile, in U-17 champions were Marina Perez and Samuel Parra.
"Tournaments like this allow us to see regional level badminton in general and in excellent health Badminton Cotillas Towers in particular," said Councilman Sports Torreño, Ginés Pérez Iniesta.
