The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, through its Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication, is conducting a campaign to probe the level of satisfaction with municipal providers.
"Following the EFQM excellence model, we want to know how to value our relationships external service providers for the City Council with such information, continue working to improve our levels of quality, efficiency and effectiveness," said area councilor, Angel M.
Almela.
For this, the Consistory Torreño its suppliers do get a satisfaction survey with questions focused on their views on issues such as how and deadlines established in the payment of invoices, access to the City Council to discuss matters relating to administrative procedures for hiring, personal service contractors receive from municipal officials, information and conditions for contracting with local government and a general assessment of the supplier on the City Council.
