The International University of the Sea (www.um.es / Unimar) has started on the morning of Tuesday July 3 in Las Torres de Cotillas the course "Multidisciplinary Approach to Diagnosis and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder," which held in the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" Torrena until Friday July 6 and the opening has attended the local education council, Pedro Cabrera, and the director's own course, Jose Antonio Rabadan. This proposal, with 25 hours and a maximum of 200 students, is aimed particularly at students and professionals in specialties such as medicine, Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Nursing and Teaching, may also attend any other professional interested in the subject, family and general public.
This course aims to equip each and every one of the specialties and professionals interested in ADHD, knowledge and methodologies needed to help children and adults with ADHD and their families.
The acquisition of such information, will allow intervention in all contexts in which these people operate (school, family, work ...), promoting their social integration.
In addition, according to the International University of the Sea participants in this course will add 2.5 elective credits or 1 more ECTS - CRAU.
