Over 150 students participated this week in Las Torres de Cotillas in the course "Multidisciplinary Approach to Diagnosis and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder") organized by the International University of the Sea in collaboration with the city and which has Torreño Friday July 6 at the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" of the town.
The closing of this proposal, which had 25 hours that began on Tuesday 3, was chaired by First Deputy Mayor and local Councillor for Education, Pedro Cabrera, director of the International University of Mar, Maria Carmen Martinez , and the director's own course, Jose Antonio Rabadan.
"After the course you have recorded higher attendance of all offered in 2011 in what was our first experience with International University of the Sea, this year we again have a positive acceptance that," said Cabrera.
This proposal is directed especially to college students and professionals in specialties such as medicine, Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Nursing and Teaching, as well as any other professionals interested in the subject, family and general public.
And is that with this course was intended to give each and every one of the specialties and professionals interested in ADHD, knowledge and methodologies needed to help children and adults with ADHD and their families.
The acquisition of such information would allow for intervention in all contexts in which these people operate (school, family, work ...), promoting their social integration.
