The Department of Culture Cotillas Towers, in collaboration with the local amateur theater group "Tejuba" has opened the registration period of the "First Exhibition of Amateur Theatre John Bath" of the municipality, to be held within the next 9 and November 24 (Friday and Saturday) at the Casa de la Cultura "Pedro Serna" Torrena.
In this contest may participate only amateur theater groups from outside Towers Cotillas-groups excluding children-and a selection committee will select among applicants a total of six participating groups (with four reserves), which will join the action the "Tejuba" that will go out of competition.
The group winner of this contest will be a cash prize of 1,000 euros, while the runner will be awarded $ 500.
In addition, distributed trophies to the best in the categories of actor, actress, supporting actor and supporting actress.
The awards ceremony will take place Saturday December 1 at the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" local.
Registration
The inscription, whose term will end on September 3, should be mailed to the City Council Torreño with the following documentation: group data; DVD of the work and / or photos of the assembly; argument, director, cast and technical specifications for the work , and the authorization of the General Society of Authors.
