The festivity of Cotillas Towers conclude on Sunday August 26, the feast of the patron saint of the town, the Virgen de la Salceda.
The program of activities has begun early hours with the celebration of Mass in the parish of the same name, an act that will be repeated at 20 hours as a preamble to the procession in honor of the patron (21 hours) which will end with the entry of the Virgin to the temple.
And the celebrations will be closed, as is tradition, on the Esplanade Master Angel Palazón with the act of burning Raspajo (23.30 hours), a large papier mache doll that celebrates the past huertano, vintner and agricultural municipality, and that burn in the night Torrena.
The closing ceremony, which comes from an ancient tradition that gave name to the celebrations of the town since the late eighteenth century, the intervention will Torreño mayor, Domingo Coronado, and a castle piromusical in honor of the patron.

Grand Parade
