221 gymnasts from 14 clubs will compete in the Region of Murcia on Saturday May 4 (10 hours) in the "Gymnastics Trophy IX Villa Las Torres", held at the Sports City of Las Torres de Cotillas.

Organized by the local Sports Council in collaboration with the rhythmic gymnastics section "Athletics Club Towers" and the Gymnastics Federation of the Region of Murcia (FGRM), this tournament will be held in six categories, whose participants run different disciplines of this sport: pre-baby and youngest (handsfree), juvenile (five turnovers), children (five rings), junior (ten clubs) and senior (three hoops and two balls).

The clubs participating in this sporting event will be: Ritmika Murcia, Cordillera, Alkázar Rhythmic, Rhythmic Bacons Bridge, San Anton Rhythmic (Cartagena) Alguazas Rhythmic, Rhythmic Yecla, Sports Sportgym, CA Torres, Rhythmic Cartagena, Edeco Fortuna Group Molinense, Gymnos'85 (Murcia) and Innova (Molina).

Good weather sports

The championship was presented yesterday morning Torreńo Sports Councilman Gines Pérez Iniesta, who notes that "once again the goal of this tournament is to promote the good weather sports and coexistence among athletes, coaches and the public assistant ".

"This appointment strengthens another year as a benchmark among promising young rhythmic gymnastics in the Murcia region," said the mayor, who also wanted to thank the collaboration of the local body of Civil Protection, who will accompany along the morning in organizing the event.
