The regional champion heptathlon and bronze in the Championship of Spain Youth, the Torreño Sergio Jornet, has been invited to participate in the "III International Combined Events Meeting" of Arona, a town on the island of Tenerife.

The young athlete "Athletics Club Murcia Tovarsport" will take part in the youth octathlón test this championship to be held in the athletics stadium "Antonio Dominguez 'Grillo'" of Playa de Las Americas.

But before going to Tenerife, Jornet continue his great season and will do the next 25 and May 26 in Cartagena, where he played on "Regional Youth Championships Combined Events".

Good results in San Sebastian

And last May 19 the young athlete Torreño participated in the "Second Conference of the League Absolute" 1st Division held in Anoeta (San Sebastián), getting the second position in 100 meters (with a mark of 11 seconds and 37 cents) and in test 4 x 400 (44 seconds and 38/100).
