The "Cultural Week XVII" group "Kimera" from Cotillas Towers held this past weekend at the Municipal Auditorium featuring "John Bath" in the town Torrena two evenings full of performances by more than a hundred participants.
So, started on the evening of Friday July 26 with a session that was attended by Mayor Torreño, Domingo Coronado, and Councillor for Culture, Isabel Franco.
Like every year, this cultural proposal focused on a topic and was chosen for this edition of "Angels and Demons", on which turned the whole decoration and scenery.
Submitted by Juanma Piñero, these quotes had free admission and many draws in the audience.
This "Cultural Week" concluded on Saturday July 27 with another night full of performances of different styles of dance, tango, funky, modern, salsa, merengue, etc. - Who ran by artists of all ages, without missing numbers majorettes featuring Torrena clustering, shows a baton blow that combine coordination, rhythm and skill.
"This year more so I want to convey our appreciation to the Council and partner companies, because without their support it would have been very difficult to hold these events," says its president, Paquita Valverde, who did not want to forget about the important work of the group teachers.
"The teaching experience and Sandro, Maribel, Conchi and Aroa are also very important for all of us", he explains.
