The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, through its Department of New Technologies, continues its introductory courses in various areas of computer, all free of charge and with limited places.
The first of these proposals have been held in the Hall of Open Access (ALA) of the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" Torreño municipality during the morning and with a workload of 32 hours each.
These courses "Introduction to the Internet - New Technologies I" and "Introduction to Microsoft Word I - Electronic Office", in which students are learning the basics of both fields of computing.
"These are basic courses that aim to provide training for both users with no or very elementary knowledge in the field of computer and its tools as other more versed" said Councilwoman Torrena New Technologies, Lorena Lara.
"Students will learn from such essential aspects how to manage the Windows environment or surf the Internet to other more experienced as the use of the most common word processing programs, spreadsheets, and presentations." Says the mayor, who notes that these courses by subject area will have a different workload.
The Youth House
The following proposal for these courses will be transferred to the classroom WALA of Torrena Youth House.
Thus, students will attend the second part of the course "Introduction to Internet - New Technologies", to be conducted over the next 12, 13 and August 14 during the morning (from 10-14 hours) and with a maximum quota of 10 places .
