The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, through its Department of New Technologies, continues its introductory courses in various areas of computer, all free of charge and with limited places.

So, this week is offering the proposal "Introduction to New Technologies - Internet II", in which 10 students are attending classes during the morning (from 10-14 hours) in the Classroom WALA House Township Youth .

Previously held in the Hall of Open Access (ALA) of the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" Torreño municipality courses "Introduction to New Technologies - Internet I" and "Introduction to Microsoft Word I - Electronic Office" both with a workload of 32 hours each and in which students learned the basics of both fields of computing.

Training for all users

"These are basic courses that aim to provide training for both users with no or very elementary knowledge in the field of computer and its tools as other more versed" said Councilwoman Torrena New Technologies, Lorena Lara.

"Students will learn from such essential aspects how to manage the Windows environment or surf the Internet to other more experienced as the use of the most common word processing programs, spreadsheets, and presentations." Says the mayor, who notes that these courses by subject, to be held until the end of the year, will have a different workload.
